Trevor Maggs is our experienced Boot camp menai Trainer. Trevor comes to us with an extensive Personal Training background of over 5 years. Trevor has a sucessful background in training for Strength and Conditioning, Boxing, Weightloss, and Core Specifics. Trevor now focuses all his energy on continuously improving his boot camp menai classes, by continuously coming up with new routines, implementing new equipment and focusing on all of the clients in his boot camp classes to ensure each person does the best they can to achieve their personal goals.
