Quick Fix Cardio (20 min run)
  • 1 to 3 mins 
    • Warm up at an easy pace (an effort of three to four on a scale of one to ten, with ten being the hardest)
  • 3 to 5 mins
    • Progressively pick up the pace until your breathing is quick and rhythmic (an effort of seven)
  • 5 to 6 mins
    • Slow to a light jog (an effort of three to four)
  • 6 to 9 mins
    • Speed up to an intensity of seven, with quick rhythmic breaths and foot strikes.
  • 9 to 10 mins
    • Slow to light jog (an effort of three to four)
  • 10 to 13 mins
    • Speed up to a seven, with quick, rhythmic breaths and foot strikes
  • 13 to 14 mins
    • Slow to a light jog (an effort of three to four)

The reason I found Urban Boot Camp to be most successful for me - It is motivating, it has a variety of activities in each session.

 I find 1 hour goes so quick. I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere, everyone is positive I think the trainers incorporate a good relationship with all Urban boot camp members which motivates me to attend sessions. The trainer who was Truc in that 6 week period really got to know every individual so during the 6 week course he made sure everyone attended!

Im definitely  sticking to Urban boot camp. It  has made me feel and look great and I want to continue in order to further improve my results.

Have you achieved your goals?

Well I am a lot fitter but I haven’t lost weight which is due to the fact that I do not follow the eating plan! 


What did you like the most about Urban boot camp?

The social variety of exercises and social environment 


Is it a comfortable environment for you? Or are there changes you would like to incorporate?

No its great and I am very comfortable except when it rains!


Would you come back?

I don’t think I can leave I get withdrawal symptoms when I try, I enjoy the socializing and the fitness level way too much!
